房间里没几个小孩子。

There were few children in the room.

jí biàn shì xiǎo hái zi yě néng zuò dào ne。

Even a child can do it.

我不是小孩子，但有时你跟我说话就好像我是小孩子一样。

wǒ bù shì xiǎo hái zi， dàn yǒu shí nǐ gēn wǒ shuō huà jiù hǎo xiàng wǒ shì xiǎo hái zi yī yàng。

I'm not a child, but sometimes you talk to me as if I were a child.
